Two Jaish militants killed North Kashmir’s Sopore
Two Jaish-e-Mohammad militants were killed in an gunfight with security forces in North Kashmir’s Sopore Town. The operation was launched on Thursday evening after security forces received information that militants are hiding in a house at Warpora area of Sopore Town in Baramulla district.Police said as a cordon and search operation operation was launched in the area, the militants opened fire, triggering an encounter which continued for several hours and ended with killing of two militants.
Meanwhile, The CASO and Subsequent killing of militants triggered clashes near the encounter site and it’s adjacent areas.
